The Huygens Institute for the History of the Netherlands is organizing the first of DiXiT’s three conventions, September 14-18 2015 in The Hague, the Netherlands. The convention will be an informal meeting where the DiXiT research fellows will present their first results in interactive sessions. We anticipate a lively get-together bristling with new ideas, and we hope that many of those working in the field of scholarly editing and digital humanities will gather here. Elena Pierazzo (University “Stendhal” Grenoble 3) and Peter Stokes (King’s College London) have organized a workshop on ‘An Introduction to Digital Manuscript Studies’, loosely based on the longer ‘Medieval and Modern Manuscript Studies in the Digital Age’ programme (MMSDA). It will be held on Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 June 2015, at the University of Western Sydney, as part of Digital Humanities 2015. The workshop is aimed at PhD students and Early Career researchers. Registration is open from the Workshops page of the DH2015 website; ‘early bird’ registration closes soon so be sure to get in quickly if you are interested.

The one-day workshop at the University of London School of Advanced Study (SAS) on sharing digital text editing training and teaching methods takes place on May 14, 2015 and is organised and endorsed by NeDiMAH, DARIAH-RS, Erasmus +, and the DiXiT Network.
The programme for the Spring School in Graz about Advanced XML/TEI technologies for Digital Scholarly Editions is now online. This event, endorsed by DiXiT, will take place 13-17 April 2015.
